 Here's
the Generation X casting coup,
the dream combo you were waiting for. RK Studios have just signed up
Abhishek Bachchan and Hrithik
Roshan as the two lead players of their forthcoming film. From
what we heard, Randhir Kapoor will be directing
the yet-untitled project. The Kapoors brothers, as you know, take turns
in directing their home productions - the last two releases (Prem
Granth and Aa Ab Laut Chalen) were
directed by Rajeev Kapoor and Rishi Kapoor respectively, so this time
it's Randhir's turn again. As for the heroine of the film, it may well
be another path breaker. The vine is rife with the talk that pop Randhir
will rope in beti Karisma Kapoor for the
venture. If that happens, Lolo will set the records straight, by being
the first Kapoor girl to to do the honours in an RK film. And with Hrithik
and Abhishek to boot, it seems happy days are bound to be back again
for the beleagured banner. |
